With more than 20 years of experience across fine dining restaurants and luxury resorts worldwide, Mo Boudreaux brings a chef-led, high-performance approach to nutrition.
Having worked in elite culinary environments, he understands the discipline, consistency, and standards required to deliver at the highest level. In recent years, his focus has shifted toward performance-based nutrition, working closely with music artists and professional athletes to support energy, recovery, and day-to-day consistency through food.
Apex Fuel was created to bridge the gap between elite-level nutrition and real-world performance — delivering high-quality, chef-driven meals designed to meet the demands of modern athletes and high-performing individuals.
